DIY | Rose Bath Bombs

I really love to use bath bombs whenever I can but had never really thought of making my own until this weekend. It turns out that they're actually really simple to make and can be easily adapted depending on which scent you want to use or flowers you want to put into them. I made a rose batch with rosewater and petals but I think next time a lavender batch would be great and really relaxing to use before bedtime. Read on to check out how to make them and to see some more pictures...

You Will Need
(Makes 10-12 small bath bombs)
10tbsps of Baking Powder
5tbsps of Lemon Juice
5tbsps of Epsom Salts
2tbsps of Almond Oil
1tbsp of Rosewater
Rose Petals

To Make
1) Mix the lemon juice, almond oil and rosewater together in a glass
2) Put the baking powder and Epsom salts in a bowl then gradually mix in the liquids
3) Gently add the rose petals, the mixture should be quite firm
4) Put the mixture into a shaped mold (I used an cake pop one) and leave for 30-60 minutes to set
5) Take the bath bombs out of the mold and use!

Thanks for reading :)

Have you made bath bombs before?

  11. Ahhhhh I'm completely addicted to bath bombs at the moment, so being able to make my own rather than buying them would probably save me a lot of money haha. I'll definitely keep this in mind and if I create some I'll let you know how it goes :)
