What I Eat In A Day | Holiday

I hadn't done a 'What I Eat In A Day' post for a while so I thought that it was definitely time for another one. This is slightly different to the normal as it's a holiday edition (i.e, all the carbs!) from last week when I was in Cornwall. So read on to check out what I eat when I'm on holiday...

Breakfast:
I wish I could say that I had a really healthy and nutritious breakfast but in reality, I was really tired and couldn't be bothered to make one and so I had a bagel instead! I toasted it and had it with a cup of tea and a view of the harbour and it was great!

Lunch:
I had a selection of tasty things for lunch as I was at the beach and also I was indecisive! I ate a spicy chicken and noodle salad with spinach and also a tomato and feta pasta. I also got some popcorn for a snack as I was at the beach quite a long time and I needed some extra energy for the walk back.

Dinner:
For dinner, I visited Rojano's which is my favourite restaurant in Padstow. I'd been looking forward to my pizza for weeks and it didn't disappoint! I chose the Caprino with goat's cheese, peppers, spinach and olives which was delicious.

What do you normally eat on holiday?

  6. You had some delicious food, girl! Bagels are my weakness, as you can imagine as a New Yorker. If and when you ever visit NYC, it's a must, it'll be the best bagel you've ever had! I love it tasted with either butter or cream cheese and jelly, so good! Thanks fro sharing and I hope you have a great weekend ahead!

  18. Oh, it depends on what is offered :) But mostly I eat only two meals a day during my holidays: breakfast and dinner but both of these meals are often extensive :) Happy Easter!
